Linda A. Lindsey is a life-long resident of the Inland Empire. She is not only a licensed attorney in the State of California and the United States – Central District Court of California; she also holds an M.B.A. and has over 25 years of successful for-profit and non-profit business experience. She believes that all persons should have access to justice and even with a busy law practice she contributes her time and energy at local legal aid agencies.
Each case is handled with professionalism and integrity. Linda A. Lindsey currently devotes her practice to representing clients in Southern California. She personally interacts with each client to assure that she understands the details of their specific case. She genuinely cares about her clients’ legal matters and dedicates herself to providing effective legal representation and counsel.

Lindsey Law Firm: A General Practice Law Office representing clients in; Bankruptcy, all aspects of Family Law, Probate Law, and Criminal Defense. Mrs. Lindsey has in depth legal training and she has experience successfully representing clients in the Central District Bankruptcy Courts and CA Civil Courts. Mrs. Lindsey’s years of experience allows her to develop case strategies that meet the personal needs of her clients. She is involved in all phases of the client’s case from initial consultation through trial. Her law office represents clients throughout Southern California.
Civil Legal Aid: Gives back to the community by working with a local civil legal aid agency providing legal consultations. In this role, Mrs. Lindsey assists in developing policies and procedures to comply with federal and state regulatory guidelines; provides legal consultations to clients seeking assistance in family law, unlawful detainer responses, Probate-Conservatorships -Guardianship Matters. Facilitates community educational workshops and conducts training seminars. She regularly travels throughout San Bernardino County providing legal consults to veterans, their families and to indigent persons.
Hospital Administrator: Prior to practicing law, Mrs. Lindsey worked in the healthcare industry as a hospital administrator. She has over 25 years of experience working with nonprofit and for profit business entities. She believes it is important to give back to the community. She spends many hours mentoring women and teenage girls.
